Cancellation/refund policy

In general, the prenotations are not valid as follows:

1º Due to bad weather: in case of bad weather, we will close the provision of the non-working service in another day. If it is not possible to enter the part, we will proceed to refund the import of the prenotation.

2º Per motivi legati of the Covid-19 pandemic. According to the main ipotesi: perimeter seclusion all'origine or destination, contrazione della malattia or qualsiasi altra algo correlata alla malattia e debitmente accreditata.
