Cancellation/refund policy

1º For reasons of inclement weather: in case of bad weather, we will try to provide the rental service on another day. If it is not possible for both parties, we will refund the reservation amount.

2º For reasons related to the Covid-19 pandemic. Among the main assumptions: perimeter confinement at origin or destination, contraction of the disease or any other related to the disease and duly accredited.
