Cancellation/refund policy

In general terms, reservations are not refundable except:

1º Due to inclement weather: in case of bad weather, we will try to provide the service of a convertible on another day. If it is not possible for the due parts, we will proceed to refund the amount of the reservation.

2º Per motius relates to the Covid-19 pandemic. Among the main assumptions: perimeter confinement at origin or destination, contraction of illness or anything else related to illness and proven health.
